Former FDA chief Scott Gottlieb on report that Juul will cut more than half its workforce

E-cigarette maker Juul will reportedly cut half its workforce and pull out of nearly a dozen countries as it considers stopping sales in much of Europe and Asia, according to the Wall Street Journal. Dr. Scott Gottlieb, member of the boards of Pfizer and biotech company Illumina and former FDA commissioner, joins "Squawk Box" to discuss.
