Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin on Oracle winning bid for TikTok's U.S. assets

ByteDance, the Chinese owner of social video app TikTok, has chosen Oracle to be TikTok’s U.S. technology partner, and Oracle will take a significant stake in the business, according to a person familiar with the discussions.
