Verizon CEO Hans Vestberg on acquisition of pre-paid phone provider Tracfone

Verizon Communications said Monday it would buy wireless services provider Tracfone, a unit of Mexican telecom America Movil, in a $6.25 billion cash and stock deal. Verizon CEO Hans Vestberg joined "Squawk on the Street" to discuss why the company made the deal.
