The sale of Arm is part of Softbank's efforts to free up value: Wisdomtree

Jesper Koll of Wisdomtree Investments says the sale of Arm allows Softbank to shed operational baggage to free up value and it is part of the process of Softbank's metamorphosis from an operator to an asset manager.
