Raymond James' Scott Brown on jobless claims: 'It's a mixed bag'

Ron Temple, Lazard Asset Management and Scott Brown, chief economist at Raymond James, join 'Squawk on the Street' to talk about the state of the markets and recent data on jobless claims. "It's very much a mixed bag. When you look at the consumer, we have the top 20% of income earners and white collar workers have been more easily able to work from home," Brown said. "The housing sector is doing pretty good but those at the low end, these are the people who suffered the most."
