Plan on not having U.S. fiscal stimulus anytime soon: Portfolio manager

Jack McIntyre of Brandywine Global says that the U.S. is already on the fiscal cliff following the coronavirus outbreak, and suggests that investors should prepare for a scenario where no fiscal stimulus package is passed for some time.
