Carly Fiorina on TikTok deal: Our Chinese policy needs to be consistent between Republicans and Democrats

Former presidential candidate Carly Fiorina joins 'Squawk Alley' to talk about the ongoing tensions between the U.S. and China in regards to the TikTok deal. "If we're inconsistent, which the Trump administration has been, we're not going to be effective, either. In fact, I would dare say that Chinese policy, our Chinese policy, needs to be consistent between Republicans and Democrats, business and government, and from administration to administration," Fiorina said.
