AlphaOmega’s Peter Cecchini: Small companies are not getting stimulus despite Main Street lending program

I think with equities more broadly, the markets need to see a significant improvement in earnings and cash flows, says Cecchini. They may improve if we get fiscal stimulus, and that's particularly important for smaller firms.
