Southwest CEO on asking workers to take pay cut in order to avoid furloughs

The pandemic's toll on air travel demand is testing a point of pride at Southwest Airlines: It has never furloughed or cut the pay of workers in its nearly 50 years of flying. The Dallas-based airline is asking its labor unions for pay cuts, concessions that would avoid furloughs through the end of 2021. Southwest CEO Gary Kelly joins "Squawk Box" to discuss.
