Iowa farmer support for Trump support has increased since 2016

Iowa has been hit hard with droughts, hurricane-force winds and the ongoing trade war. In response, the USDA has put aside $30 billion dollars of Covid-19 relief to farmers. As a result, Trump's support among farmers is higher than it was in 2016. Jane Wells, CNBC correspondent, joins Shep Smith to discuss.
