Jim Cramer on whether Big Banks will take a gamble on the American consumer

"I think they'll take a gamble if you have a business that you're not afraid of," CNBC's Jim Cramer said Wednesday. "I think social distancing and the way that you have to have just a few people in your restaurant — or whatever store you have — has made it so it may not be worth borrowing right now."
