There will be great buying opportunity with both vaccine and fiscal stimulus: David Rosenberg

David Rosenberg, president, chief economist and strategist at Rosenberg Research, joins 'Closing Bell' to talk about the economic recovery after Federal Reserve Vice Chair Richard Clarida predicted it would take another year or so before the U.S. GDP returns to pre-pandemic levels. But it's not just getting back to last year's level, says Rosenberg. It's getting back to the baseline growth rate of the economy that will take you back to full employment. And that's probably three, four, five years down the line, he adds.
