Morgan's global head of macro quant and derivatives strategy, joins CNBC's "Halftime Report" to discuss the election impact on the markets, where he sees stocks trading in the near-term and more. We are still broadly positive on equities, he says. Our price target right now is 3,600 for the S&P 500. So we still think there's an upside. Obviously, there is an important catalyst so there is some variation based on the outcomes, but broadly, we are still positive, he adds.
