Fisker CEO taking EV startup public via SPAC, partnering with Magna

"Most EV startups run out of money before they even get the car to the market. That won't happen in this case," Fisker Inc. CEO Henrik Fisker told CNBC's Jim Cramer in a "Mad Money" interview.
