Energy industry will go up regardless of who wins the presidency: Morgan Stanley's Jim LaCamp

Jim Lacamp, Morgan Stanley Senior VP of Investments, joins 'Closing Bell' to give his insight on the stimulus and energy stocks as time inches closer to the 2020 election results. Stimulus is going to have to happen, he says, because if we don't make a decision with forbearances, with evictions, with foreclosures, there's going to be some real pain in the marketplace. It can show in commercial mortgage-backed securities, commercial real estate itself — there could be some very serious pain.
