The CEOs of Facebook, Google and Twitter return to Congress today to defend their legal liability shield to lawmakers keen to weaken it. Google CEO Sundar Pichai said, Section 230 has been "foundational to U.S. leadership in the tech sector," in opening testimony to the Senate Commerce Committee.
