Gig economy companies like Uber, Lyft and Instacart helped write Prop 22

Companies like Uber, Lyft, and Instacart have spent nearly 205 million dollars in support of Prop 22, which would define its workers as contractors, and not full-time employees. It would eliminate paid time off, unemployment insurance, and sick days for those workers. NBC's Jacob Ward joins Shep Smith to discuss.
