Homebuilding costs skyrocket as demand surges

Major appliances are up 2.6 percent, roofing and siding are up 5.2 percent, and concrete costs are up 2.6 percent. And labor costs are also up more than 16 percent since 2015. CNBC's Diana Olick joins 'Closing Bell' to talk about rising costs in homebuilding.
