There are three buckets of value stocks: Financials, travel, industrials

Tobias Levkovich, Citi's chief U.S. equity strategist, joins 'Closing Bell' to discuss stay-at-home stocks and his outlook on markets as we receive positive vaccine news. There's a chance if you move out a year from now and the economy is better, it is likely the Fed will start to change its tone, says Levkovich. And it doesn't have to provide quite the same level of optimism in terms of keeping rates low forever. They may not have to be as forcefully accommodative in their language, he adds.
