FAA chief says conditions that occurred in two fatal Boeing 737 Max are now 'impossible'

The head of the Federal Aviation Administration's Steve Dickson told CNBC's "Squawk Box" on Wednesday he is "100% confident" in the Boeing 737 Max following a nearly two-year grounding of the planes after two fatal crashes.
