SEC Chairman Jay Clayton weighs in on Pharma CEO stock sales

"10b5-1 programs are part of an overall approach we have to aligning interests of executives with their shareholders," SEC Chairman Jay Clayton told CNBC's "Squawk Box" Thursday. "You want to compensate executives with stock, but at some point they need to be able to sell that stock... How do you do it in a way that you give confidence to the marketplace?"
