We're looking at positive economic recovery for 2021, says Citi's Tobias Levkovich

Tobias Levkovich, Citi chief U.S. equity strategist, says he's looking at economic recovery, not slowdown. "So we shouldn't have to pay the same kind of price we paid back in 2002. We're talking about something in the 10 percent area, and then we'd be a buyer and take advantage of the upside potential," Levkovich said. He joins 'Closing Bell' to talk about his outlook for the markets in 2021.
