The U.S. is failing to administer coronavirus vaccines in time. There were about 17 million vaccines distributed, but only about 4.8 million have been administered, so far. Dr. Scott Gottlieb, former FDA commissioner, joins Shepard Smith to discuss what can be done to improve the logistics of vaccine distribution.
