Virginia Gov. Northam is sending the National Guard, state troopers to D.C.

CNBC's Kayla Tausche reports Virginia Governor Ralph Northam is now working closely with the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Sen. Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and Mayor Bower to respond to the situation in Washington, D.C., by sending members of the Virginia National Guard along with 200 Virginia State Troopers.
