Expect a split in sovereign risk outlook in the Asia-Pacific: Moody's

Lower-rated economies in the emerging market space, with shakier access to sources of funding, are likely to be more vulnerable to a more negative ratings outlook, says Christian de Guzman, senior vice president of Moody's Investors Service's sovereign risk group.
