Private aviation company Wheels Up is joining the SPAC frenzy, announcing a deal to go public through a SPAC merger, which is expected to close in the second quarter. Wheels Up Founder and CEO Kenny Dichter and Ravi Thakran, chairman and CEO of Aspirational, joined "Squawk Box" on Monday to discuss.
