"Vaccine chasers" wait for hours in hopes of receiving leftover vaccines

NBC News Now correspondent Simone Boyce reports there are groups of people who are showing up at vaccination centers in case there are any leftover vaccines. Some people say they are willing to wait overnight if it means they can get a shot.
