Dubai property prices are cheaper now and it's a 'great time' for buyers, Damac chairman says

Hussain Sajwani of Damac Properties says resale prices in Dubai can be 10% cheaper than new developments as the economy recovers from Covid-19. He says prices are likely to remain "soft" in 2021 and 2022, but the city will likely come out of the crisis stronger.
