Alec Gores and Ardagh CEO on how their SPAC deal is structured

The metal and glass packaging supply company Ardagh has announced it will be going public through a SPAC backed by financier Alec Gores. Paul Coulson, Ardagh Group chairman and CEO, and Alec Gores, chairman and CEO of the Gores Group, joined "Squawk Box" on Tuesday to discuss the deal.
