The U.S. is not seeking a rift with Saudi Arabia: Eurasia

Ayham Kamel of Eurasia Group says the U.S. is distancing itself from Saudi Arabia on a strategic level and wants to "indirectly" penalize the Saudi crown prince. Kamel's comments come after the release of an intelligence report on the 2018 killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
