Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp on Texas lifting mask mandate, reopening businesses

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced Tuesday he is rescinding the statewide mask mandate and allowing all businesses to reopen at 100% capacity. Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp joined "Squawk Box" on Wednesday to give his reaction on that decision as well as to explain why Georgia does not have a statewide mask mandate.
