China can be more ambitious in its goal to be carbon neutral: Atlantic Council

Margaret Jackson of the Atlantic Council says China faces "incredible obstacles" against climate change, but she doesn't have a doubt that it will meet its carbon neutral target by 2060. China can be more ambitious, she adds, and would like to see the country hit peak emissions by 2025 instead of 2030.
