Women workforce participation in Japan makes progress, but glass ceiling still exists

Japan is seeing a notable increase in female participation in the workforce – but there is still a glass ceiling when it comes to women in top leadership roles, according to Kathy Matsui, a former vice-chair and Japan strategist at Goldman Sachs.
