Art Laffer, Austan Goolsbee debate GOP tax cut, Biden's tax plan

Austan Goolsbee, professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and former chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors, and Arthur Laffer, founder and chairman of Laffer Associates and father of supply side economics, joined "Squawk Box" on Monday to discuss President Joe Biden's proposed tax hike under his infrastructure plan.
