NYC hopes Broadway theaters can reopen by fall

New York City has opened a new vaccination site on Broadway even as theaters remain closed. NYC Mayor Bill De Blasio said it's likely Broadway theaters will reopen by the fall. NBC 4 New York's Andrew Siff joins 'The News with Shepard Smith' to report.
