Baidu autonomous taxis begin limited service in Beijing

China's first driverless taxi made its debut in Western Beijing Sunday. Baidu autonomous cars began offering rides on a limited basis. While no one was behind the wheel, there was a safety monitor who sat in the front passenger seat in case of an emergency. CNBC's "Squawk Box" crew discuss.
