Indoor dining at New York City restaurants will expand to 75% capacity. This move comes ahead of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's plan to lift most capacity restrictions by May 19. Danny Meyer is the chairman of New York City's Economic Development Corporation as well as the founder of Union Square Hospitality Group and Shake Shack. Meyer joined "Squawk Box" on Tuesday to discuss the reopening, encouraging New Yorkers to get vaccinated and more.
