Penn National CEO on earnings beat and expanding Barstool Sports partnership

Penn National Gaming posted a strong first-quarter. The company expanded its partnership with Barstool Sports and reported profits that were double what analysts were expecting. But the stock saw a post-earnings sell-off Thursday and was down almost 40% Friday morning since hitting an all-time high in March. Jay Snowden, CEO of Penn National Gaming, joined "Squawk Box" on Friday to discuss the results.
