Discovery board member Bob Johnson on $43 billion WarnerMedia-Discovery merger

Telecom giant AT&T announced last month a deal to combine its content unit WarnerMedia with Discovery, paving the way for one of Hollywood’s biggest studios to compete with media giants Netflix and Disney. Robert Johnson, who is a Discovery board member and founder of RLJ Companies and BET, joined "Squawk Box" on Tuesday to discuss the deal.
