James Bullard weighs in on the Fed's purchase of mortgage-backed securities

St. Louis Fed President James Bullard told CNBC's "Squawk Box" Friday Fed Chairman Jerome Powell has opened the door to looking at when the Fed can start tapering on some of its asset purchases in the Treasury market and mortgage-backed securities.
