Senate poised to take up voting rights bill that isn't likely to pass

The Senate will vote on Tuesday on the voting rights bill, called For the People Act, or S1. It needs at least 10 GOP senators to join 50 democrats to advance debate. However, the bill seems unlikely to move forward since it has no Republican support.
