Jim Cramer on Buffett resigning as Gates Foundation trustee

Warren Buffett said Wednesday he's halfway toward donating about 99% of his net worth to philanthropy. Buffett also said he is resigning as a trustee of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He did not disclose the reason for his departure but offered support for the Foundation's current leadership. CNBC's Jim Cramer, Carl Quintanilla and David Faber discuss.
