Public health measures should be driven by hospital capacity instead of just Covid case numbers

As the coronavirus transitions from a pandemic to an endemic respiratory virus, Amesh Adalja of Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security says if enough high-risk people get vaccinated, there will be fewer hospitalizations and deaths despite there being Covid-19 cases.
