Cybersecurity shortage — How to find qualified cyberattack defenders

There are training programs and certifications that can bring folks up to the level needed for a lot of these open positions, Massa says. We need much more of the, "problem-solving, critical thinking and out of the box skills sets versus just that four year degree to be successful in cyber," Massa tells Javers.
