Electric vehicles are advancing, but slowly, says Fisker CEO

Fisker CEO Henrik Fisker joins Closing Bell to discuss his company's plan to introduce its electric vehicles to market in the next one or two years. "We need to continue with some good incentives for people to get converted over to electric cars and I actually think we could become one of the winners in that," he tells Wilfred Frost.
