Hong Kong Exchanges' connection to China will attract international investors to the city, says CEO

Nicolas Aguzin, CEO of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, says some investors may perceive China's technology crackdown differently and the exchange wants to be the place to "connect all those investors."
