U.S. didn't fully consider fallout with France in AUKUS nuclear submarine deal: GPPi

Thorsten Benner of the Global Public Policy Institute says the U.S. had good reasons to enter into the AUKUS nuclear submarine deal with the U.K. and Australia, but did not fully take into account the fallout it might have with France.
