XPO Logistics exec on why driver shortages have become an issue

Matt Fassler, chief strategy officer at XPO Logistics, joins The Exchange to discuss the global truck driver shortage. His company has about 12,000 drivers and is hiring about 50 drivers a week, which still isn't enough to meet demand. "It's a unique time in lots of ways, obviously the freight transportation marketplace is stressed," Fassler tells Kelly Evans.
