Spotify's CEO condemns Rogan over racial slurs, but says he won't silence podcaster

CNBC's Shep Smith reports on an apology from Spotify CEO Daniel Ek over podcaster Joe Rogan's use of racial slurs. Rogan had about 70 shows pulled down this weekend. He also received an offer from social media site, Rumble, to host his podcast.
