Chinese cryptocurrency exchange Huobi plans U.S. expansion

After a brief stint in the U.S. market from 2018 to 2019, Huobi is now planning a re-entry but with a different strategy, Huobi Ctecho-Founder Du Jun told CNBC's Arjun Kharpal.
